Before you come

After your university has qualified you for an Erasmus trip at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, remember to register in our IRK system (Online Candidate Registration): https://irk.uw.edu.pl/en-gb/

In the IRK system you need to load:

1) Transcript of Records from the current one period of your studies or the last university degree obtained; the document must be issued in English;

2) Scan of your passport or other ID document;

3) Language Certificate confirming the knowledge of the language in which you plans to study at the University of Warsaw. We require at least B2 level of English and / or Polish. In the absence of a universally recognized language certificate, the form confirming knowledge of a foreign language should be completed. When participating in the recruitment process, you will receive a link to this form with application instructions. We also accept documents issued by the sending university, provided that they are entirely in English and clearly state the required level of language proficiency.
